Working alongside professionals who need a dedicated tax partner.

We work along side solicitors, IFAs, and mortgage brokers whose clients need tax advice in areas outside their own scope. We keep the process simple and transparent throughout.

If you have a client with a tax need that falls outside your own area of work, we would like to hear from you. We handle the engagement completely — from first contact to final advice — and we keep you informed at every stage so you remain the trusted point of contact for your client.

We are an ACCA regulated practice. Our principal, Paul Connolly FCCA has been a practising certificate holder since 2011, is a former university lecturer in accounting, and has contributed practice questions to Taxation by Alan Melville — an annual taxation textbook used in UK university accountancy programmes.

Our focus areas are listed below — if your client’s situation falls within one of them, use the referral form below or call us directly on 01604 800282.

All referrals are handled in accordance with our professional obligations under the ACCA Code of Ethics. Client data is processed under our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR.

We will not market additional services to your client without discussing it with you first.

How it works

1

You identify the need

You encounter a client situation that falls within one of our focus areas — business tax strategy, property incorporation, exit planning, or estate and succession planning. You decide a referral is the right course of action.

2

You speak to your client

Share our website with your client so they can see who we are and what we do. Once they are comfortable and you have secured their consent to share their contact details with us, move to the next step.

3

You introduce us

Use the referral form below, call us on 01604 800282, or email paul@tsgtaxation.com. Tell us the client’s name, their contact details, and a brief description of the situation. We take it from there.

4

We handle everything

We contact the client promptly, conduct the engagement professionally, and keep you informed throughout. We never cross-sell beyond the scope of the referral without your knowledge. Your client relationship remains yours.
